Basically I’m going through this chart in video to show how you could actually take this into actually designing your own baits. How to build your own bait and brand from China?
If you’re struggling getting help to build your own bait and brand from China, this video is for you.
More and more distributors and retailers are checking the opportunity and how to build they own brand and range. Obviously this is because business isn’t easy as before I guess, stock branded items and resell - mode is not good enough to maintain for now or for future.
But distributors and retailers haven’t got dedicated roles in company to handle purchase, product development, product design. It’s not like they can’t afford them - I’m sure it’s too early for their own brand yet. So they will want factories who is capable to help them on these aspects. Fortunately, I’m one of the capable factories.
Soft bait is my game, I would like to share some information that could be helpful if you haven’t got much experience in craving out a new bait idea.

- Reference model (for size, weight, colors etc)
- How you’re going to test the bait (THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT!) It's important to pass on to factory that how the bait is going to be rigged and tested. If your factory is able to understand and do that..
- Swim action plus where, when and how you like action to be presented

- Cool look, to break it down you can have them in face, eye, mouth, gill, fin, scale
- Extra touch to hook anglers, get them to place a trial order out of interest and curiosit
Why I'm blessed with outsource business
At least 10-15% of my outsource business margin is allocated to inspection costs which is to secure the quality of the order.
I don't find this "lost" painful at all because I understand that ensuring quality at every step is crucial for securing repeat orders and customers' trust.
Btw, I never said why and how I joined Gomexus, I was there for being a video editor first 3 months, i was feeling like purpusing a different carrer at beginning of 2020, anyway what I mean is that I know how to do a bit of editting in FCPX and here we go with this video! - a vlog type of content.
